What happened at the Grand Bahia Principe Tulum?
Back in September, 51 year old Tina Bradick jetted off to Mexico with her husband Philip to celebrate their highly anticipated wedding anniversary.
After touching down in the Riviera Maya, Tina and Philip headed over to the five star Grand Bahia Principe Tulum to kick off their two week break.
But paradise soon turned into peril for the East Sussex couple, as around a week into their 14 day holiday housewife Tina began to feel unwell.
Unfortunately Tina’s condition didn’t improve soon, and the remainder of the pairs wedding anniversary was left in tatters as Tina battled against symptoms of stomach cramps, sickness and diarrhoea.
To try and alleviate her discomfort, Tina sought medical attention in her resort. She was then provided with antibiotics and given an injection to combat her illness.
Whilst conversing with the YHC team, Tina stressed how she is convinced that poor hotel hygiene at the Grand Bahia Principe Tulum was responsible for the ordeal that she had to go through.
Mrs Bradick told our legal specialists that she did not eat or drink outside of the Thomas Cook promoted resort for the duration of her stay, and also that she didn’t attend any excursions during her two week break.
On top of this, Tina also revealed how that throughout her stay worryingly she witnessed numerous other guests of the Mexican hotel who were battling illness, and that birds and bats were freely flying around the hotel restaurant during peak meal times.
