One former guest posted on the website following their recent stay, and claimed:

“[My] daughter was ill with a sickness bug halfway through the week.

“On our first night in the restaurant the lady at the next table had called the manager because she claimed she had been served uncooked turkey, and, halfway through the week heard another lady complaining she had been served uncooked meat”.

Furthermore, it seems these problems may have been present at the hotel for a while as another holidaymaker who stayed in December 2015 reported:

“We opted for soup which was lukewarm, then fillet steak and chicken kebabs which were cooked in front of us.

“I took a bite out of my chicken kebabs and disliked the texture and realised the chicken was not cooked”.
