Disgruntled passengers have taken to review site Cruise Critic to warn others of the situation on board.

“Dream cruise has norovirus” writes one passenger during an early 2016 cruise.

In another report, one former passenger disclosed:

“The ship was renamed Thomson Nightmare by a lot of customers.

“Food in the self-service was poor, like school dinners and the only thing you could guarantee would be hot was soup and porridge”.

In addition to this, reports of “lukewarm” and “substandard” food served are common online.
