We are concerned to read of yet more reports of illness at the Lindos Princess Beach in Rhodes after we initially reported on illness back in June.
Recent reports on TripAdvisor fromÂ holidaymakers complain of guests suffering from diarrhoea, stomach cramps, vomiting and fever.
Amongst the reviews, one lady who wasÂ a 6 months pregnant said that at first her husband fell ill and was âviolently sick throughout the night,â next their two year old sonÂ became ill and within a few hours she too became ill.
One family said âfive of us arrived at the hotel on Saturday and by midnight Sunday, we were all sick.â
Many were prescribed medication by a doctor who visited the hotel. One gentleman said âwhilst at reception I spoke to a wedding party, all 47 of them suffered the same symptoms!â
Upon leaving the hotel, one family said they finally spoke to the Thomas Cook representative who confirmed âthe bug had affected about 90% of the hotel.â
Once back in the UK, they contacted Thomas Cook âto try and warn others but people kept arriving and the only response I got was a complaint form. No apology. No concern. No other response. â
