Multiple SENTIDO Numa Bay guests forced to switch hotels
- Many of those affected reveal they moved hotels due to poor hotel standards
- The newly opened resort is slated online by ill-stricken guests
- Poor restaurant hygiene blamed for the apperent illness outbreaks
The experts here at YourHolidayClaims discovered reports that reveal recent illness problems at the Thomas Cook promoted SENTIDO Numa Bay resort.
Disappointed holidaymakers have taken to the website TripAdvisor to portray their opinions of the four-star hotel, with one July 2017 visitor claiming:
“I initially thought the food was ok, the problem with the dining room was that it’s very disorganised, you aren’t shown to an already prepared table, instead you have to grab one with dirty plates on and try and grab someone to clear it, then find some cutlery and a glass!
Then the nausea & vomiting started me and daughter avoided it but poor hubby was very unwell we couldn’t face the food after that!”
Furthermore, another recent guest of the SENTIDO Numa Bay also battled with illness during their stay, as they revealed:
“The food on the face of it looks ok until you taste, oh and if /when you get a seat you need to play hunt the cutlery and clean the tables yourselves.
“Sandra was at the hotel due to senior management meetings regarding issues with this hotel one of which was illness. There was at least 8 -10 rooms who complained of sickness and a couple of which went to hospital (I was one before anyone says hearsay)”.
Our expert view
“Well according to reports made by recent visitors of the SENTIDO Numa Bay, the resort hasn’t had the greatest start since its opening.
“However just because the resort has recently opened doesn’t mean it’s an excuse for hygiene standards to be considerably low.
“If you have fallen ill on your Turkish getaway, then we may be able to assist you. Contact us today to find out whether or not you can make a claim for holiday illness compensation”.
