In a particularly alarming report from June 2016, one hotel guest clearly states that he required hospital treatment after contracting food poisoning at the resort.

They revealed:

“I woke at 3am with severe vomiting and spent the next 7 hours in hospital getting treated with IV fluids and anti-pyretic medication – food poisoning!

“The hotel took absolutely no responsibility for this … and it completely ruined the rest of our holiday.

“On reading the other reviews it appears this is not the first time someone has been served uncooked chicken”.

Indeed, a Solihull holidaymaker who visited the resort in May claims that “raw chicken” was served as part of their lunch.

Animal activity on the resort is also highlighted as a cause for concern by a recent guest. The Liverpool holidaymaker vows to “never come again” and claims that cats and dogs were free to roam the hotel grounds and beach.
