Food poisoning at Hotel St George
Your Holiday Claims are concerned to learn that an outbreak of food poisoning has been reported at the Thomson Platinum Hotel St George.
One Twitter user claims to have “spent most of the last 48 hours in bed with likely food poisoning in Cyprus St George Hotel.”
The stricken holidaymaker adds that “other guests are falling ill.”
Complaints of poor food quality are rife on hotel review site TripAdvisor.
“The food has become appalling,” comments a Burntwood holidaymaker vowing to never return to the hotel despite vacationing there twelve times.
“The food selection was very poor,” states another guest adding there was “not much to choose from and the drinks were flat and watered down, not what you expect from at 4* hotel.”
The disgruntled holidaymaker claims to have witnessed “ants running all over the food areas” and chose to eat out most nights despite paying for the all-inclusive option at the hotel.
Your Holiday Claims have helped British holidaymakers recover thousands in successful food poisoning on holiday claims. Experienced solicitor Sue Robinson, recently secured a £15,850 settlement for a family of three struck by salmonella during their five-star getaway.
