What happened at Dreams Punta Cana?

YourHolidayClaims client, Mary Robinson travelled to the four-star Dominican resort in late July to celebrate a close family friends wedding.

Unfortunately, before the big day arrived Mary slipped upon entering her hotel room bathroom and struck her head on the side of the bath. The impact was such that Mary was rendered unconscious.

“I tried to look the other way on photographs so that my injuries could not be seen. I looked like “elephant mans sister” and my grandchildren kept away from me because of how I looked.”

Upon Marys return to the UK, she also consulted with her own GP as she had been left with a lump above her eyebrow and she was suffering from headaches.
