A family of four from Clackmannanshire, Scotland have successfully recovered £7,350 in holiday illness compensation after their stay at Eftalia Resort in Alanya, Turkey was ruined by sickness.
Shaun and Joanne Taylor, along with their two children, had looked forward to a family break at Thomas Cooks 3 star Eftalia Resort. Yet soon after their arrival the entire family became unwell.
Symptoms of âstomach cramps, sickness and diarrhoeaâ left the family of four bedbound by illness and unable to enjoy their all-inclusive break. Mr Taylor suffered additionally with an ear infection.
