Illness reported at the Excellence Riviera Cancun
Your Holiday Claims were contacted just last week by a British holidaymaker who alleges to have fallen ill during a stay at the adults’ only Excellence Riviera Cancun.
Recent hotel visitors have taken to TripAdvisor to voice their concerns regarding hygiene standards at the Riviera Maya resort.
One guest from April 2016 suspects that the food served at the hotel was responsible for both him and his partner suffering from “dodgy bellies and diarrhoea” throughout their stay.
Several holidaymakers have commented that the food on offer was “cold” with one guest reporting to have sent food back to the kitchen on numerous occasions due to this issue.
