Advice from our Head of Travel Law
âYourHolidayClaims has been instructed throughout 2015 and 2016 by stricken Jaz Aquamarine guests.
âI am extremely concerned to learn that holidaymakers relocated to this hotel have suffered from illness as a result of their stay.
âI advise anyone who has fallen ill at this resort within the last three years to contact YourHolidayClaims for expert legal advice. Even if you only stayed at the resort as a temporary measure, you may still be able to bring a no win, no fee claim for compensation as your tour operator retains their duty of care no matter where you are housed.â
