Illness has struck again at the five star Jaz Maribel Beach hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, just months after a devastated bride contracted salmonella at the resort.
Here at Your Holiday Claims we are receiving reports of further outbreaks of illness at the luxury hotel and numerous recent guests have taken to TripAdvisor to warn potential holidaymakers “Don’t go!”
One British holidaymaker commented “Just returned from this hotel, I became ill with sickness and diarrhoea and my wife is ill too.”
“My wife said the toilets were disgusting, with sick in wash basin and diarrhoea over toilet area. We reported this but was not sorted.”
Another recent guest commented: “Myself, my son, my nephew, my sister and my mother all got sick! We kept throwing up and going to the bathroom for the whole 4 days.”
The alleged outbreak of food poisoning at the hotel is thought by the guests to be due to poor hygiene standards including “no gloves when handling food” and “no pool cleaning in two weeks”.
