At Your Holiday Claims we have received an enquiry from a British holidaymaker who has fallen ill on holiday at the All Seasons Badawia Resort in Egypt.
Holidaymakers have become ill and poor hygiene conditions have been reported at the hotel.
One hotel guest on TripAdvisor described the quality of food as âawfulâ. They added: âThe food made me really ill, resulting in me needing anti-sickness injections, gastroenteritis tablets and being advised not to eat from the hotel anymore.â
Visitors to the hotel have commented on the awful standards of cleanliness at the hotel, with âdiarrhoea left un-flushed in public toilets and all over the floor for several daysâ.
Others have described the All Seasons Badawia Resort as âdirty and unhygienicâ. Swimming pools were reported to be âfull of green/brown scum.â
Anne Thomson, Head of Travel Law at Your Holiday Claims, commented: âWe are extremely concerned by the reports we have read regarding the All Seasons Badawia.â
âHoliday makers are naturally very upset and concerned when they encounter such disgusting standards as are being reported. Â It is not surprising that they feel sorely let down.â
âI hope that the tour operators and hotel management will investigate the current reports of illness without delay. If the reports are correct, urgent action is needed.â
âI would also urge anyone who has fallen ill on holiday at the All Seasons Badawia to contact myself or a member of our holiday claims team for advice on all aspects of the claims process.â
