YourHolidayClaims are concerned to learn that recent guests have reported suffering from outbreaks of illness at the now notorious Santo Tomas resort, Hotel Stil Victoria Playa.

Recent reviews on TripAdvisor suggest that a number of holidaymakers have been affected by this latest outbreak.

One June 2016 guest revealed:

âOur 3-year-old son came down with sickness and diarrhoea.

âMy husband came down with the same thing and I got it â¦ now in bed off work for the 2^ndÂ day.

âI reported our son being very sick to the Thomson rep and as I was doing so another holidaymaker overheard me and told me his wife came down with the same thing â¦ and was confined to her hotel room for 36 hoursâ.

The stricken holidaymaker continues by claiming that hygiene at the resort is âquestionableâ.

Other recent guests have raised concerns regarding food quality at the resort reporting that âvery undercooked porkâ and âstale bread sandwichesâ were served during their stays.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time that we have been made aware of illness issues at the Hotel Stil Victoria Playa.
