Holidaymakers warn “don’t do it” after staying at the Tiara Beach Hotel

It has come to the attention of the experts at YourHolidayClaims that illness has recently hindered multiple stays at the Tiara Beach Hotel.
Multiple visitors of the Thomas Cook promoted resort have recently commented on the website TripAdvisor to voice their post-holiday opinions, including one holidaymaker who revealed:
“But worse still is the water quality [of the pool] as highlighted by others. My daughter had chronic earache and we know of others with throat and ear infections.
“We saw two incidents of guests being sick in public spaces and met one poor woman who had been in bed for days due to illness.
“The reps didn’t help, in fact they warned us that if the ear infection didn’t clear up then we couldn’t fly so advised us against recording it as an incident. Of course this is a crafty way of having no official record of sickness.
“So if the pool is important to you and your family I have to say [this hotel is] 2 stars overall”.
On top of this, another August 2017 visitor of the Tiara Beach Hotel also experienced illness issues during their stay as they commented:
“Food […] well I could write a book about this but I will say myself and [my] son have been really ill now for days, so out of a 10 day holiday we only had few days before falling ill.
“People grab food stick it in the mouth then go for more. Not everyone uses the hand sanitizer. Tongs are dropped on floor and picked up and people use them.
“Please be warned there’s a bug going round which they don’t tell you when you arrive.
“Sorry but my family won’t return to the Tiara Beach it’s simply not 4 star”.
