The Green Nature Resort and Spa has come under the spotlight for all the wrong reasons after returning holidaymakers complained of being struck down with illness during their stays.
Many have reported being subject to âunacceptableâ and âappallingâ food and hygiene standards at the Thomas Cook promoted location.
Andy who went to the resort with his family earlier this month, said on TripAdvisor: âI returned from this hotel on the 17th August, I have never been so ill in my life!
âThe food isnt even cooked, the room carpet was disgusting and hoovered once in the full two weeks we were there.
âThe staff were the worst Ive ever met unless youre Turkish, will ignore you. A five star hotel, Id have rather stayed in a dog kennel that here!â
Another British holidaymaker who travelled to the resort along with her two young children commented: âI was in bed for two days and my children were so ill too.
âI wouldnt call it food, Id call it dog food with ice cream on after that I would not eat in a hotel.â
The lady also had to receive dental care during her stay, she added, âI had to go to the dentist during our stay, something I was served cracked my toothâ.
