Outbreaks of illness ruin First Choice holidays
We are reading reports of severe gastric illness among holidaymakers returning from the First Choice Holiday Village Majorca in August, 2013.
Guests have reported on travel review site, TripAdvisor that many people have been struck down with ear infections and symptoms of severe diarrhoea, sickness and stomach cramps.
The Holiday Village Majorca is particularly popular with UK holidaymakers and has a 4-star rating.
One holidaymaker complained: âThe food was disgusting and wouldn´t feed it to my dogâ¦my son ate completely raw chicken and had to see the doctor twice for medication.â
Another holidaymaker who stayed at the hotel in July said: âThe food was rubbish and we ate out 7 nights out of 14. Two of the pools were closed after children were using them as a toilet.â
