“We all got sick”: Cuban IBEROSTAR illness issues portrayed by former guests

The team at Your Holiday Claims are aware of reports of illness outbreaks affecting guests at the IBEROSTAR Laguna Azul Hotel.

Former guests have taken to TripAdvisor to report being left frustrated by their stay at the Cuban resort.

One guest claimed that “We all got sick from the food” before adding that the food on offer “is prepared ahead of time with the huge number of people at buffets”.

Additionally, another recent holidaymaker agrees that the food on offer is a cause for concern, and claims to have also suffered from food poisoning during their stay. They further comment that they became “very sick … to the point I had to see a doctor”.
