Sickness strikes at Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort and Spa

British holidaymakers have turned to industry leaders Your Holiday Claims for compensation advice after severe sickness and diarrhoea ruined their hard-earned stay at Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort and Spa.

“My wife was sick the first 2 days of the trip due to the buffets,” comments an American holidaymaker adding that the food was “absolutely awful.”

The buffet quality is also singled out by another recent holidaymaker as a key area of concern after witnessing “multiple roaches crawling on buffet counter top, out of the Milk machine and nearby the glasses.”

The concerned guest claims that illness soon followed this experience and they report visiting the onsite nurse for “medication to help with the sickness and dehydration.”

The stricken holidaymaker believes that they were left with no option but to arrange an early flight home owing to the “unsanitary, nasty conditions” at the hotel.
