Here at Your Holiday Claims we have been contacted by a British holidaymaker whose son reportedly contracted salmonella whilst recently staying at Liberty Hotels Lykia in Turkey.

The holidaymaker looked forward to a return visit to Liberty Hotels Lykia, following previous enjoyable stays, but her son suffered so severely from illness they were forced to consult a doctor at the resort.

“We have always just ignored it and got on with enjoying our holiday, as is typical of our generally positive outlook.

“However, during our July 2015 holiday, all 3 of our children became so ill that there is no way we will be returning.

“Our 9 year old was nearly hospitalised and certainly would have been, had it not been for the fact that our return flight was the following day.
