More recently, a holidaymaker has contacted us after their entire two week family holiday was ruined by illness. This was thought to be a result of the poor standard of food hygiene.
Numerous visitors to the hotel have commented on the review website TripAdvisor, criticising the standards of food hygiene and cleanliness within the Sahara Beach Resort.
One hotel guest described the food as “rotten, lukewarm and pretty unhygienic, think flies dead in your butter”.
