Holidaymakers slam the Sharm Plaza Hotel

The holidaymaker who contacted us said: “Sewage was pumping out of the drains by the pool, glasses were washed in dirty water and the hotel staff were unfriendly and aggressive.”

The family booked the trip with tour operator, Red Sea Holidays.
