Several holidaymakers have vented their anger on hotel review site TripAdvisor after their dreams were dashed while staying in the Dominican resort.

The distressed holidaymaker further suggested that âthere is some type of virus going around that is not being acknowledgedâ.
In addition to this, one guest revealed: âAll four in our party suffered sickness throughout the entire trip, unsure whether it was food poisoning, parasites or travellers diarrhoea but it wasnt funâ.
She then concluded: âWould I recommend La Romana? Yes, if they could figure out what is making everyone sickâ.
