Holiday Village Majorca labelled as “extremely poor” by holidaymakers

In July 2015, we reported on holidaymakers being “rushed to hospital in an ambulance” as guests were hit by a sickness bug.

It now appears that symptoms of sickness and diarrhoea have continued to affect holidaymakers.

In recent weeks, numerous guests have taken to TripAdvisor to express their disappointment in the hygiene standards and the reaction of staff to their illness.

One holidaymaker commented:

“The main gripe has to be the extremely poor standard of food and hygiene.

“My wife was laid low with food poisoning for three days and our four year old was also sick.

“However dont expect any sympathy at reception who said it was a severe accusation we were making and it could only be verified if we visited the hotel doctor at a cost of 90 euros!”

Others have reported that on informing a receptionist and a First Choice rep they had suffered “vomiting, severe headache and pains” they were simply told they “could see a doctor for 90 euros”.
