It appears that illness is still very much still on the menu at Memories Splash Punta Cana as guests who stayed at the hotel in January of this year claim to have contracted food poisoning on holiday.
In a review posted on the website TripAdvisor, one former guest of the Memories Splash Punta Cana commented:
“Great hotel but terrible food hygiene.
“My best friend was room bound for 5 days with food poisoning.
“I was also very ill and so was my 11-year-old son.
“I met a large group from Luton great people one member of their group was bed bound for 7 days and was even rushed into hospital! They were there for a wedding!
“I hate to write a bad review but there is a serious hygiene problem at this hotel”.
Another New Year hotel visitor advises fellow guests to be “careful in the buffet” after witnessing cross contamination between raw and cooked meats and “lots of flies”.
