Holiday Village Red Sea hotel still under fire from frustrated holidaymakers

Recently we have received an enquiry from a holidaymaker who is looking to claim compensation, after their family holiday was ruined by an outbreak of Cryptosporidium.

Emerging details from the enquiry reveal that the family suffered from gastric illness symptoms such as diarrhoea and vomiting, alongside other symptoms like headaches, dizziness and a fever.

“We drank water all day, washed our hands regularly and stayed out of the heat! The pools were dirty and [I] was totally shocked to see grown men pooing in the pool!”
