More holidays ruined by illness at the BQ Delfin Azul, Majorca

Here at Your Holiday Claims we are continuing to receive enquiries from British holidaymakers affected by illness at the BQ Delfin Azul in Majorca.

A recent visitor to the hotel has contacted us after the final days of their holiday were ruined by illness. They informed us that they were aware of many more guests at the Thomson promoted hotel who had fallen ill during their stays.

We have previously been instructed by holidaymakers after outbreaks of illness ruined holidays during the summer of 2014. During that time, holidaymakers reported experiencing symptoms including vomiting, diarrhoea and stomach cramps.

In July 2014, one holidaymaker commented on TripAdvisor, “Talking to others around the pool at least 70 have fallen victim to this sickness bug”.

“It is vital that the tour operators and hotel management investigate what is causing these repeat cases of illness. If high food and hygiene standards are not in place, this can increase the risk of holidaymakers falling ill at the hotel.

“I would encourage anyone who has fallen ill during their stay at the BQ Delfin Azul to contact Your Holiday Claims.
