Disgruntled guests have detailed their illness experiences on hotel review site TripAdvisor.

“This is by far the WORST facility I have been to.

“More than half of my group of 9 got sick on this trip”.

Another guest believes that the “always lukewarm” food on offer was to blame for her party’s “upset stomachs”. She labels the buffet offerings “lacking” and claims that the snack bar is also in need of attention as birds would “attack” diners.
