One poster claims the pool was “pretty dirty with black floating bits which gets worse towards the end of the day”. They continued: “Both [my] children had sickness for 2 days”.
Another guest also agrees that the pool was to blame for a number of recorded illnesses at the resort, as they claim their daughter contracted an ear infection from what they described as the ‘murky’ pool.
