Holidaymakers vent anger at VH Gran Ventana’s hygiene standards

Following an enquiry earlier this week, Your Holiday Claims are most concerned to learn that a large number of holidaymakers have fallen ill at the Playa Dorado complex VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort.

Afflicted guests have voiced their concerns on review site TripAdvisor.

“We were a group of 19 people and we all got sick because of the dirty dishes!” states one stricken holidaymaker from March 2016 adding that their time at the resort was “the worst experience.”

Another recent guest claims that “several in our group of 9 were sick, without ever leaving the resort.

“We’ve all travelled lots, take precautions and understand it happens, but so many got so sick for so long.”
