One guest who travelled to the hotel in July 2015 has contacted the team at YourHolidayClaims seeking to pursue a claim after their holiday was ruined by illness.

They informed us that they were aware of numerous other holidaymakers who had been affected by similar symptoms at the Thomas Cook and First Choice promoted hotel.

“I was ill on my holiday and so was my partner. We both had the same symptoms of headache, stomach ache and everything else that comes with bad food.

“Everything I ate in the restaurants was at best lukewarm, even when we got there early and it had just been put out”.

Another holidaymaker reported that their son needed “two injections for gastroenteritis”, and that other members of his family experienced symptoms of “nausea and stomach cramps.”

They then added: “I have not seen as many people sick as there was here”.
