Multiple former visitors of the Thomson promoted hotel have left negative comments on the website TripAdvisor, detailing the negative experiences of their stay.
One of these afflicted guests, who stayed at the resort in September 2017 with their family, revealed:
“There are positives and negatives to this hotel.
“[The] main negative of this stay is the fact that myself and my 2 babies had terrible diarrhoea from this holiday.
“I had it for over a week and my babies still have it 3 weeks later. We have taken them to the doctors and they have had tests done showing they have AEROMONAS and CRYPTOSPORIDIUM which are two bugs conducive with contaminated food.
“So please be aware and be careful. They (the illnesses) are not found in the UK so they definitely picked it up there (on holiday)”.
