Commenting on the website TripAdvisor, one May 2017 visitor took issue with a bird problem at the resort by claiming:

“They constantly fly around you and can pinch food off the plate especially if you leave your plate unattended. The other thing is the cleanliness due to this nearly all the chairs had bird poo on them.

“Also cutlery was placed on napkins on the table which inside wasn’t a problem but as birds were standing on tables I didn’t feel this was hygienic and preferred to get my own when getting my food”.

On top of this another recent visitor of the resort also had encountered similar problems, as they disclosed:

“The poolside restaurant, we nicknamed Hitchcock’s.

“Black birds flying around constantly if you put a plate of food down and went to get a fork there would be 4 or 5 eating your lunch we worried about the hygiene of this and did not eat there”.
