“When we arrived at our five star platinum hotel the reception was very grand, when we got to our room we were very disappointed.

“The room smelt damp was dirty and shabby, over the next few days [we experienced] terrible food and watered down drinks [and] it only got worse with stomach upsets.

“Over the week [I] met lots of people who were not happy with the hotel. I would give it a three star at a push, Thomson have falsely advertised this hotel”.
