Following the illness issues at the Iberostar Chich Khan in April, unfortunately the problems didn’t come to a halt after our experts discovered further online reports from disappointed holidaymakers who had witnessed poor standards.
One frustrated guest revealed that they asked their tour operator to move hotels as the standards were that poor, before adding that the hotel was “grubby”.
