“Happy to be back home”: ClubHotel RIU Jalisco slammed online by angry holidaymakers
Numerous recent visitors to the RIU Jalisco Hotel have taken to TripAdvisor after illness left them thoroughly displeased with their stay.
This comes after Your Holiday Claims were contacted by a holidaymaker who was forced to seek medical attention whilst at the hotel.
According to recent TripAdvisor reviews, a considerable number of guests who have stayed at the Mexican resort have found serious issues with the hygiene standards.
One poster states there found “dirty linens, room towels with blood stains and brown spots all over the sheets”.
They continued to claim that there were no blankets and “only one dirty sheet” on the beds, and that the “food was bad, salty and not fresh”.
It appears that this guest was not the only one at the hotel to endure these problems, as another revealed the “rooms are not clean and I found fresh blood on the bed”.
With further regards to the food problems at the ClubHotel RIU Jalisco one holidaymaker says that there is “no fresh food” available. This poster also made a point over food storage problems at the resort, as they claimed some fridges had rust issues and was “dripping water on the food”.
Furthermore in a startling report, one post shows how a couple’s 20 month old daughter was hospitalized for half of their one week stay because of illness due to the hotels poor conditions.
The post describes the terror that the family of 3 suffered over the whole ordeal, and how they are critical of how the hotel managed the situation. The distressed holiday maker claims the ClubHotel RIU Jalisco has “Zero customer service” and “Zero value for people”.
