Sick newlyweds report honeymoon from hell at Dreams Riviera Canun Resort

A recent guest of five star Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort in Mexico has reported they “won’t ever, ever go back” after illness left them bedridden for several days of their honeymoon.

The elated Bride and her husband felt like they had been “dropped off in heaven” upon their arrival at the resort but by day 3 of their 8 night honeymoon, things had taken a turn for the worst.

They commented on TripAdvisor:

“After dinner we went back to our room and after about an hour I started having intense stomach pain. I then spent the rest of the night throwing my guts up and had extreme diarrhoea.

“Then on day five my husband had the exact same thing happen to him. We decided it was time to call the 24/7 doctor. Not only was he not on site but he refused to come to our room to help us.”

Upon returning home, the stricken bride reported “they (Doctors) discovered that I had E-Coli”.
