A number of visitors have found the standards of hygiene and cleanliness at the hotel to be poor.
One holidaymaker reported that their hotel room “was dirty and had ants everywhere”.
They added: “The trip culminated in both myself and my partner becoming ill during the stay and we only ate on the hotel grounds from its restaurants. Very disappointing holiday.”
Others have commented on the “poor food” served, describing the experience as “awful”.
