Spanish stays spoiled by sickness at Club Hotel Aguamarina

The expert holiday illness solicitors at YourHolidayClaims have been instructed by a former guest of the Club Hotel Aguamarina who is looking to bring a claim against their tour operator, after they contracted an illness during their holiday which forced them to receive medical attention.
Unfortunately, this latest enquiry isn’t the only one we have received from previous guests of the Menorca as the YHC team have handled previous enquiries in 2015 and 2016.
In addition to the recent enquiries, we have also previously uncovered reviews on the website TripAdvisor, which point towards a possible sickness problem at the hotel.
In one of these reviews, one holidaymaker claimed:
“This was our first family holiday abroad which was totally ruined due to the virus and no management of it spreading.
“We soon became unwell with sickness. When we approached the reps they initially denied there was a problem and offered no support.
“It became evident by the vomit throughout the hotel that it was not an isolated case and turned out it had been rife for several weeks”.
Furthermore, in the past holidaymakers have also labelled the food on offer at the Club Hotel Aguamarina as “disgusting”, “cold” and “tasteless”.
