“Bad tummies” and “raw” chicken plague guests at Labranda Isla Bonita Hotel

Following a recent enquiry, Your Holiday Claims are concerned to learn that a number of holidaymakers have suffered in outbreaks of illness at the Labranda Isla Bonita Hotel in Costa Adeje.

According to latest reports on TripAdvisor, hotel guests have experienced gastric illness symptoms indicative of food poisoning during their stays.

“All of us had bad tummies the whole time we were there, one of the days my husband had to stay in the room so he was close to the loo,” writes a Cardiff holidaymaker.

Alarmingly, the August 2016 guest claims that cross contamination is rife at the resort after witnessing “the same people servicing the food also was using the same gloves to change the bins.”

Another recent guest raises numerous concerns regarding food hygiene at the 418 room resort and reports being served both “raw chicken” and recycled “awful dried up sandwiches made from previous day dining rooms ingredients.”

Reports of cockroaches in the restaurant and guest bedrooms can also be found online.
