We are reading reports that holidaymakers have been hospitalised after staying at the Ephesus Princes Hotel in Kusadasi, Turkey, with one hotel guest describing the complex as ´filthy.´
The recent outbreak of illness appears to have affected many holidaymakers at the Ephesus Princes Hotel. One holidaymaker said on TripAdvisor: âNot only is this not a 4* hotel, it was completely filthy, which resulted in most of our party becoming extremely unwell with abdominal pains and sickness, consequently one member of my party was hospitalised.â
The hotel is promoted and sold by Thomas Cook amongst others.
Anne Thomson, Head of the Holiday Illness Claims Department at Farnworth Rose said: âNobody expects to be hospitalised as a result of poor food and hygiene in a holiday hotel. Anyone who has been ill at the Ephesus Princes Hotel should contact us as soon as possible.
âNot everyone is aware they can claim compensation when they return to the UK, and we can represent them on a no win, no fee basis. Holidaymakers should never be exposed to food poisoning or any other type of illness in a holiday hotel, and we can help them claim the compensation they deserve.â
