We are continuing to hear reports of illness at the Xperience St George Homestay Hotel in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt.
A holidaymaker from Lancashire who has recently returned from the Xperience St George Homestay Hotel described her stay as dire and commented: âBased mainly on the excellent reviews we booked 10 nights from 7th April.
One night was all we could stand, the staff were rude and surly, room dismal so dark it was almost impossible to see, food unappetising and bland and we was appalled to see the chef picking up chops with his bare hands and putting them onto platesâ
The holidaymaker added: Wed had enough and contacted the tour rep and requested a change of hotel, we upgraded to the excellent Hyatt Regency which we cant praise highly enough. Another holidaymaker from Dublin described his stay as âterribleâ and warned âdo not go!â
He commented: âthe smell is sickening throughout the entire complex and the location is horrible surrounded by rubbish tips and pure nastiness. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be returning, a waste of moneyâ
