“[I was] ill for the whole two weeks…I deeply regret having to share this with you but I spent hundreds of pounds on medication.

“I can see how people would wish to return here year after year that is why I went but sadly it changed ownership and food and drink were rotten, we had to eat out and buy our own alcohol to bring in”.

Furthermore, other visitors to the hotel have described the food as “warm, never hot”, before adding:

“The food was horrible. Nasty and there were flies everywhere at the buffet”.
