One visitor said they contracted gastroenteritis during their two week stay, resulting in their requiring treatment from the onsite doctor. One of the afflicted holidaymakers commented:
â[I was] ill for the whole two weeksâ¦I deeply regret having to share this with you but I spent hundreds of pounds on medication.
âI can see how people would wish to return here year after year that is why I went but sadly it changed ownership and food and drink were rotten, we had to eat out and buy our own alcohol to bring inâ.
Furthermore, other visitors to the hotel have described the food as âwarm, never hotâ, before adding:
âThe food was horrible. Nasty and there were flies everywhere at the buffet”.
