Reports of food poisoning are currently emerging at Sherwood Breezes Resort in the Antalya area of Turkey.
The four star hotel, promoted by First Choice, is currently under scrutiny by holidaymakers amidst claims of food poisoning and poor hygiene.
A recent holidaymaker reported on TripAdvisor that she was âstill recovering from salmonellaâ a week after her stay.
The guest continued: âThe room did not get cleaned every day & when they did the sheets werent changed.
âEvery night the dresser was covered in black tiny insects. We complained to reception but they just accused us of eating in the room.
âIt has been confirmed by environmental health that I contracted it (salmonella) from an omelette at breakfast.â
Other recent visitors have also taken online to warn of âflies everywhere in the restaurant, including on the foodâ and poor quality food which was âoften cold and not cookedâ.
