British holidaymakers suffer in illness outbreak at Iko Melisa Garden
A party of 4 British holidaymakers have reached out to industry experts Your Holiday Claims for help making a claim for holiday illness in Turkey after suffering from illness symptoms for a staggering 5 days during their stay at the Iko Melisa Garden.
Other stricken guests have taken to review site TripAdvisor to voice their concerns regarding hygiene standards at the Kemer hotel.
âTake a small medicine cabinet with you,â warns one guest after their son developed âsickness and diarrhoea ⦠which could only have been caught at this hotelâ on the final day of their holiday.
The holidaymaker from Chelmsford describes the food on offer as repetitive, with dishes frequently recycled from one meal to the next.
Another guest describes the hotel as the âworstâ with âdirty glasses and cupsâ common. In a particularly concerning comment, the Guildford holidaymaker claims to have witnessed âguests being escorted out of the hotel by the police for making a complaint to the staff for finding mouldy food.â
