One recent visitor informed our holiday claims experts that their stays were ruined by a suspected outbreak of norovirus at the all-inclusive hotel. Norovirus are a group of bacteria which can spread quickly, causing symptoms of vomiting and diarrhoea.
Guests have complained of being affected by outbreaks of sickness bugs at Marconfort Beach Club Hotel, with a party of 28 holidaymakers affected.

â28 of us travelled on 14/11/2015 and by Tuesday morning half of us had succumbed to the sickness bug.
âBy Wednesday morning, most of the rest had succumbed. This is totally unacceptable, as was the attitude of the staff when we reported the incidents to them.
âThe hotel should be closed and cleaned by a company specialising in decontamination. Our group will never return againâ.

âWe are also being told that the pool water appears to have been dirty as well as the pool area, with rubbish swept to one side and left in a pile over several days.
