British holidaymakers are reporting requiring medical treatment after falling ill at the Holiday Village Menorca in Spain.
The Holiday Village Menorca is part of the First Choice Holiday Village range of hotels. Many of the Holiday Villages have received criticism from guests who  have had their holidays ruined by illness.
Recent visitors to the Holiday Village Menorca complained of food âcovered in fliesâ and poor hygiene standards at the hotel.
Hotel guests have reported making âa formal complaint about how they were trying to keep the sickness hiddenâ.
Others stated that they had endured the âholiday from hellâ, adding: âOur baby started vomiting. We asked the rep if there was a sickness bug in the hotel, she said this cant be confirmed as no one had taken their children to the doctors.â
âWe ended up calling a doctor after 48 hours of sickness and our baby ended up in hospital on a drip and is still unwell now we have arrived home.â
