British holidaymakers are reporting falling ill at the the Sentido Aziza Beach Golf & Spa in Tunisia.
The four star all inclusive hotel is promoted by Thomas Cook amongst others. The property enjoys its own private beach, two swimming pools, three restaurants and three bars.
One couple whose holiday ended in disaster after suffering illness for thirteen out of their fourteen day holiday, which they believe is linked to the food served, have complained on TripAdvisor.
The couple have criticised the food and said “it was cold and covered in flies.” On one occasion they were served “stone cold RAW meat from the chef. Not pink, completely raw.”
Upon return to the UK, they continued to suffer with “diarrhoea and sickness.” As their symptoms became progressively worse, they sought treatment from their GP.
“I had to take time off work and required a combination of antibiotics to treat my illness, which was due to poor sanitation.”
“Really, go here at your own risk. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!”
