“We have just got back from a nightmare of a hotel Sol Cayo Coco in Cuba. Apart from the weather we really cannot say anything nice about the hotel.

“The food was the same thing every day and night. My Husband was in bed for 2 days with diarrhoea.

“Thomas Cook needs to open their eyes and look at the hygiene at this hotel. This holiday cost us a lot of money”.

Hotel guests are reportedly “allowed to smoke in the pool & stand in there eating food” leaving the swimming pools open to contamination.

“The pool was dirty and not regularly cleaned, lots of people had upset stomachs whilst we were there”.
