Holidaymakers are complaining on TripAdvisor of falling ill  after staying at the Sentido Rosa Beach in Tunisia.

The hotel is promoted by Thomas Cook amongst others. The Sentido Rosa Beach is an all-inclusive 4 star hotel located in Skanes. The property enjoys its own private beach, swimming pool and three restaurants.

Guests have voiced their “disappointment” in the hotel on TripAdvisor after falling ill.

Holidaymakers have complained about the standard of food at this hotel stating “the food was rubbish”, “flies were on the food” and the food was often “re-heated.”

Visitors to the hotel fell ill and suffered “tummy upsets” and “food poisoning.”

One holidaymaker said that “sickness and diarrhoea” spoilt their holiday. Unfortunately two members of the party fell ill and had to visit the doctor who gave them medication and injections.

Tracy Stansfield, an experienced solicitor at Your Holiday Claims, said “The reports we have read on TripAdvisor regarding illness at this hotel are worrying.”

“If holidaymakers ingest contaminated food and drink, this can result in serious illness.”

“I hope that the tour operators will take steps to establish the cause of the illness and act accordingly.”

“I would urge anyone who has fallen ill at the Sentido Rosa Beach in Tunisia to contact Your Holiday Claims for advice on how to make a claim for compensation.”
